If you're having trouble signing in to Google, here's what you need to know.
Please try the following first when you encounter a Google login error.
(1) Settings → Account & Backup → Manage Accounts → Remove all Google accounts except the one you signed up for in the game.
- Please note that deleting your Google account through the above process does not actually delete your account, but only logs you out of the device you are currently logged into.
* Please exit the app completely and log in again.

(1) Update Google Play Services and Google Play Store to the latest version
- Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services -> App details in store -> Update
- Run the Play Store app -> Click your profile on the top right -> Settings -> About -> Update Play Store
* Please exit the app completely and connect again.
(2) Clear Google Play Services cache
- Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services -> Storage -> Clear cache (or clear data)
* Please close the app completely and connect again.
(3) Make sure your Google account is signed in to your device
- Launch the Play Store app -> Click on your profile in the top right corner -> Verify signed in Google account
- Settings -> Google -> Verify signed in Google account
- Settings -> Accounts & backup -> Manage accounts -> Verify signed in Google account
After checking the above, please try to connect again,

▶ [If an error window pops up after accessing the game → clicking the Google login button → selecting your Google account]
(1) Go to Settings → Google → Select the account used to sign in to the game → Manage your Google account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services → See all connections → Lunar Romance → Check "See details" of "Sign in with Google account" → Check "Access given on"
"Date access was granted" refers to when you created your game account or first linked your Google account.
Please log in to the game using your Google account whose "Access granted date" matches the time you created your game account or first linked your Google account.
(2) Google Play Games app (*If it is not installed on your device, please check it after installing it) → Check your profile on the bottom menu
Please make sure that the above account matches the Google account you used to access the game,
If you are using multiple Google accounts, please try logging in through them as well.
